Eric Lalor started his comedy career on Des Bishop’s ‘Joy in the Hood’ in 2006. After a successful performance, Des was clearly impressed and ended up bringing him on tour as his opening act. After his first year in the competitive world of stand-up comedy saw him being awarded Capital Comedy Club’s Best Newcomer award. Since then, he was also crowned Irish standup of the year two years in a row by entertainment.ie

Eric Lalor is best known for his role in the nations favorite soap, Fair City as the villainous character of Cathal Spillaine.
